Lepage
Lepage House, founded in 1922, upholds a family tradition where respect for our clients, collaborators, and suppliers is paramount. This core value guides our expertise and is reflected daily in our ethical, social, and environmental practices. Our membership in the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) in 2019 and our certification in 2021 demonstrate our commitment to responsible jewelry.

What is the RJC ?
The RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council) is a non-profit organization founded in 2005, dedicated to promoting and globally certifying responsible, ethical, and environmental practices among companies throughout their precious materials supply chain. RJC certification is based on principles such as supply chain transparency and the establishment of best practices for jewelry industry stakeholders. Aligned with UN guidelines, it imposes strict standards regarding the sourcing of gold and precious stones, ensuring responsible procurement from ethical, ecological, and human perspectives.

Lepage is committed to responsible jewellery-making

Our commitment
Since joining the RJC, we have intensified our efforts on social, environmental and ethical issues to strengthen our corporate responsibility in the jewellery sector. In 2020, we implemented a due diligence system to control our supply chain, in accordance with the five steps of the OECD guide on mineral supply chains. This led to RJC certification in 2021, reflecting our core belief in creating exceptional jewellery while being a responsible player.
A responsible supply and production chain

We carefully select our precious materials, including gold, diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, rubies, gemstones and palladium. Our quest for the finest materials takes us across France and around the world, where we ensure that our supply chains adopt responsible and sustainable practices, in line with the requirements of the RJC. All our diamonds are traceable from mine to setting, certified by the Kimberley Process.
Lepage and the Responsible Jewellery Council
The Lepage Group and its employees are committed to operating responsibly and with respect for the environment, fully assuming their responsibility towards the planet and their teams, while making a positive contribution to the communities in which they operate. A member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) since 2019, Lepage integrates ethical, social and environmental values into all its operations, decisions and creations on a daily basis. This commitment took concrete form when it obtained its first certification in the first half of 2022. Building on this success, in 2023 the Group plans to launch a line in its collection using 100% recycled gold, affirming its vision of jewellery that combines excellence and responsibility.
