24 hours for items in stock: If a product is available, it will be dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation of your order, Monday to Friday.
10, 20 or more days, depending on the stages required to make your jewellery: as each piece is made to order, these times include the time required to make the setting, supply the precious stones and set the jewellery carefully. This information is clearly indicated at the time of your purchase, and we do everything in our power to meet these deadlines so that we can offer you an exceptional piece of jewellery, designed with the utmost care.

2. Flexible payment methods for your purchase
Maison Lepage offers you several payment options to make your purchases even easier and to suit your needs:
Payment in instalments: To make your purchase easier, we offer you the possibility to pay in instalments. Depending on the value of your order, you can choose to pay in 3 or 4 instalments free of charge.
Credit card: Payment by credit card is simple, fast and secure. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) so that you can complete your purchase in complete security.

3. Track the progress of your order

The different stages:
Order received: Your order has been processed.
In production: Your jewel is in production. This stage includes making the setting, selecting and sourcing the precious stones, and setting the jewellery.
In preparation: Your product is being processed.
Dispatched: Your order has left our premises and a tracking number will be sent to you by email to follow the progress of your parcel.

If you don't have a customer account, don't worry! A tracking email will be sent to you to keep you informed at every stage of your order. This real-time tracking will keep you informed of the status of your parcel, so you'll know exactly where your order stands.
4. Choose your carrier and delivery options
We know that fast, secure delivery is essential to a satisfying shopping experience. That's why we work with a number of reliable carriers to offer you flexible options. That's why we work with several reliable carriers to offer you flexible options.
- Colissimo: For delivery within 72 hours of dispatch, ideal for shipments within France and Belgium. Delivery is free for orders over €100 in mainland France.
- Chronopost: Fast next-day delivery before 1pm. Free for orders over €500 in mainland France. If you prefer Saturday delivery, simply let us know so that we can arrange this with Chronopost.
- DHL: Delivery within 48 hours of dispatch, with a service particularly suited to international deliveries. Free for orders over €100 in mainland France.
- In-store collection: If you live near one of our Lepage shops, you can choose the in-store collection option. This allows you to pick up your order directly in one of our shops and benefit from our staff's assistance if needed.
All our deliveries are made against signature and on presentation of an identity document, thus guaranteeing secure receipt of your order.
5. What should I do if I'm not at home at the time of delivery?
You may not be able to be present at the time of delivery. In this case, a delivery notice will be left by the carrier. You will then be able to collect your parcel from the post office or from a delivery point near you. Remember to take the delivery notice and your identity card with you so that you can collect your parcel without any problems.
6. Order cancellation, return and exchange
La Maison Lepage makes every effort to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to modify or cancel your order before it is dispatched, you can do so easily by contacting us by email or telephone.
Once your order has been dispatched, if you change your mind or need to return a product, you have :
14 days to request a refund from receipt of your order, provided the product has not been worn and is still sealed.
1 month to request an exchange if the product is in perfect condition, has not been worn and is still sealed.
These conditions ensure that each piece of jewellery returned remains intact and preserves its full value.
7. After-sales service and repairs
If you need a piece of jewellery repaired or cleaned, you can do so directly in one of our boutiques or send it by post to our workshops. If you live a long way from our shops, we will do everything we can to ensure that your after-sales service runs smoothly.
